Online classes are very convenient and incredibly sociable. They also help people feel less self conscious.
Whatever your reasons are for joining a class - whether it's to support your other sporting activities or to simply live a healthier life - my aim is for everyone to grow in confidence and vitality.
Here's a 60 second interview so you know a bit more about me:
Where are you based?
I live in North Yorkshire, between Bedale and Northallerton.
Cycle or drive?
Both. I have a couple of bikes including a 1960's Major Nichols steel frame which my husband rebuilt for me as a wedding anniversary present.
Any Pets?
I've got two very noisy cats which can sometimes be heard 'talking' in the background during class!!! and 5 chickens (yes, they do have names).
Favourite place to holiday?
On a narrowboat, anywhere in the UK.
What did you take up doing during Lockdown?
I started wild swimming. I'm lucky enough to live very close to the River Swale and it's become my regular dip spot.
